Definitely extremely thin
My son usually wears a regular slim so we figured the extreme slim might still work. Unfortunately it was too small. This works well for my other son, who is less broad-shouldered. The shirt itself is very nicely finished and meets the quality standards associated with the CK name.

- The collar and cuffs are constructed to hold their shape and remain crisp.

- Can be ironed or steamed before wearing.
