Review on Certain Dri Antiperspirant Solid - πŸ’¦ Effective 1.7 oz Solution for Excessive Perspiration by Michael Caldwell

It's been taking a while but I finally found a solution to my sweat rings

I am leaving this review for those who have very sweaty armpits and feel that their armpits are "unresponsive" to traditional antiperspirants became. This product ended up working for me, but I had to "balance" my armpits first. I will explain below. I got up, showered, put on an antiperspirant just to get to work, and I had sweat rings under my armpits. I'm an engineer and I spend most of the day sitting at my desk. There's no reason to wear sweat rings under your arms! It was very uncomfortable so I tried this product. It didn't work at first. When I first started using this product it kept me up all night with itchy armpits. I couldn't sleep and the next day I was still sweating through my clothes. Pooh. Nothing I did seemed to work. In the end, I gave up antiperspirants altogether and bought a regular Old Spice deodorant stick. The strangest thing happened - the armpits stopped sweating. During the day I was dry to the bone. Sometimes I was on the production floor at my job in mid-July - yes, I did feel a little dampness in my armpits, but no sweat rings, and after sitting at my desk for a few minutes they have dried. I used regular deodorant for about three months, and then the sweat in my armpits started to return. So I switched back to certain Dri. BOOM! Finally, this product worked as expected. No itchy armpits at night to keep me awake. Dry to the bone during the day, even at a music festival on a hot and muggy Nashville summer. Sometimes I feel a bit sweaty in the gym, but I can forgive that for normal sweating. I usually apply two strokes once or twice a week. The next morning I can put regular deodorant on just to smell nice. And now a full disclaimer: I'm not a doctor. I don't know if there is such a thing as a balanced use of deodorant. Please take all of this as anecdotal information that may help you with your sweating problem. The only guess I have is that using antiperspirants for several years in a row has caused my body to develop some sort of "immunity". Applying more just made my body sweat more to try and handle it. Using regular deodorant for a few months seems to have helped. Now I just apply some dry ones no more than twice a week. Your mileage may vary.
