Uncomfortable to sleep for a 10 year old

It took several attempts to adjust the temperature of the modeling water, but one day we managed it. We (my 10 year old daughter) found the uniform large and unwieldy. She wasn't very comfortable sleeping. She tried once. We should try again, but I'd like it thinner. But then again, this isn't a custom piece ordered and molded by a dentist. It's definitely worth a try.
