Broke in less than a month

So I got this case 8/30 or so. It literally all collapsed. The front panel has a cut on one side, almost like a scissor cut. Then the thing soon broke in half and tried to pull it out of the holster. Currently. It's just rubber and a plastic backing. I'm not sure if you have a warranty program etc. But we thought it would be perfect. Unfortunately not when I have to replace it monthly.
