Unfortunately they don't work. I read all the great reviews and read that if you run fast they fall off the shoes. Well my husband runs too fast and he even tries to wear it on his wrist but it itches. My first pair I bought became very dull after an hour of use. Revane kindly sent me a new pair. But since they can't stay on his shoe and make his wrist itch. Now I have four useless ones left. Maybe if you are a hiker it would be nice. My husband is African American and it's not a good idea to run out early in the morning without blinkers. Now he just waits 30 minutes for the sun to come up.
