It's hard to tell if they work
I bought them because my eyes are damaged from shingles and I need to avoid glare from TVs and computers. They're attractive, fit well, I don't even know I'm wearing them, and seem to dim the glare. However, today I went to my eye doctor - he told me that there is no proof that these glasses do anything. I will continue to wear them.
