I have very high water pressure - and the 1.5 GPM limit causes a lot of problems with the installation as the water pressure rises past the restrictor causing leaks and all sorts of other problems . Bottom line - multiple Speakman items (shower heads, HAND SHOWER, all 2.5 GPM) were delivered to my sister's house in Michigan - and she stayed with me overnight - breaking repressive rules, and WOW - I'm glad I have done that – everything is connected and deserved! That's great! The pressure is almost TOO STRONG, but it doesn't happen. Just make sure you don't run out of hot water. If you're thinking of Speakman, do yourself a favor and just buy one.
