Large size and adjustable handle allow it to be worn on either shoulder. I bought this after foot surgery and my granddaughter suggested a backpack when she was having trouble carrying my regular handbag for me. It turned out to be very comfortable and appears to be well made. I love that it has side pockets for my phone and water bottles, as well as a pocket to put my tablet in so it's handy on long doctor's visits. LOL the reason I didn't give it is because there is a long strap I can't figure out what to do with it. It would be great to extend the strap, but who needs that? You can see below that it would be great if it was shorter so you don't have to worry about it being undone.
