I can and occasionally do sleep on my side, but I'm mostly a stomach sleeper. I've had a lot of pillows, and this is by far the best I've ever tried. I do have a cal king bed, so I think the company should maybe make a king size pillow. I'll just have to get some adjustable down alternative king size pillows for sitting up in bed, etc. I need to buy a couple more of these pillows for other beds.Very soft, 75% duck down feels about right, and it will be pretty darn flat if you don't really know how down pillows work. For a stomach sleeper who could use a t shirt as a pillow and most others could lead to a neck ache, it's pretty awesome.
