Actually, everyone in the house liked the foot massager, not just my grandma. I was desperate for something easy to use for her, my grandma can't see well so I needed something easy to use, I was so disappointed with all the fancy massagers that have complex remote controls with 10+ buttons and small icons or hard-to-read text. This massager gets an A++ rating for ease of use and well-being. Pressing one button turns on the heat and massage, press again to turn off the heat, and again to turn it off completely. Literally a click or two to get what you want. Recommend this massager to anyone else unless you are buying for a tech savvy person.
