We were impressed. It's fairly well made, the fur is really soft, the corners are all well covered with fabric, and the sisal is glued and then stapled to the ends of the posts - no complaints at all. In fact, we're pleasantly surprised. It assembles easily and doesn't wobble at all. The only thing a person can hang is the single double threaded screw you use for the post that goes from the 2nd to the top platform, but that's only if you've never assembled anything before. The guide was good. It's very safe. It's perfect for us, our kitty and our home. It's also not as big as some, so it doesn't take up the entire living room. I took two shots because we put it against a wall and not in a corner where a hole would be visible from the front like the photos on the web. The platforms are 13" x 13" which is pretty standard. Big cats will hang. The box is quite large and cozy with carpeted floor. The base measures 17.5 x 17.5 inches. And it's heavy, so make sure you get free shipping. It just tickles us and we can't believe it feels so good. The cat just woke up and seems to like it. Hanging mouse definitely liked. Oh, and beige is a good color. Fits well. Very happy with this purchase. Update: the cat loves it! She slept in a closet - we put her there every day to nap and tonight she went on her own, so good luck! - and she sits upstairs every morning and watches the birds outside. We couldn't be happier.
