I bought 2 of these chairs last season but returned one thinking it was poor quality. I was right. The one I was holding was already torn. I'm so glad I bought the protection plan. Last season I used it for less than a couple of weeks. I kept it neatly and took it out yesterday. As soon as I tried to get in it broke and all the little balls ended up in my pool! Now I'll wait and see what they do. According to Smart Guard Insurance, they're giving me an Amazon gift card. I don't want to buy another one. It doesn't cost $82. I have 2 FRONTGATE Lounger Floats that I bought from Frontgate.com about 4 years ago. They are in perfect condition, durable and worth over $100.
