Review on Charlie HR by Angelo Forrest

I appreciated that they are very knowledgeable about the application. The help when I was getting set up was very helpful. I think there are better competitors on the market. I was looking to automate so much of the paper work - payroll, hiring, etc. I wish it had more features. I didn't feel like I missed as many of the features as I thought I would. Charlie was a great company to get set up, and they were very responsive. I was looking to solve our payroll issues. And we had a hard time with paper work and getting through that. I used the payroll functionality the majority of the time. The ability to track employee leaves of absence in an organized manner is what I like best about this program. It’s very user friendly and allows you as a manager or supervisor to keep up with who's working when they should be.The reporting capabilities are excellent but sometimes there can be lag while accessing reports so it could use some improvement here. We have been able to organize our employees' leave times effectively which has reduced paperwork from my end drastically.
