I'm not new to the world of shaving with real razors - I've shaved my face with DE safety razors, injection razors and razors (ie straight razors). I know you can't pressure shave and all the other useful things that it takes to scrape hair out of your face without scraping your entire face. All of that knowledge and handy technique didn't stop me from slicing the ever-loving $@&#% out of my back the first (and only) time I tried this product. blood is everywhere. It hurts like hell. In fact, I managed to shave off a pretty decent chunk of skin, and a few months later I still have a scar to prove it. Also, to be honest, the areas I was able to shave before cutting myself weren't even that well shaved. I have a fairly muscular back and the design of this razor, even with a little definition, doesn't follow the contours of the back. I threw this product away and have since switched to a Philips Norelco Oneblade. It takes a little longer because the shaving area is quite small, but I don't have the problem of not being able to grip at the right angle to shave (like with a traditional cartridge razor) and I can't hurt myself like I do with this terrible product.
