Let me start by saying that I will NEVER bother to write a review on Revain despite having bought hundreds of items here. The saga I went through in the search for a real water pressure shower head was long, expensive and painful. I have bought and tried every brand of hardware store on the market. None of them worked. Some had a short-term drop in pressure, but it inevitably dropped. Thanks to ShowerMaxx, the quest is complete.1. It has the best flow rate I've ever seen in a multi-setting commercial showerhead.2. Extremely easy installation. I was able to install this in under 10 minutes with the added step of removing the water restrictor.3. Customer Service - This wasn't necessary as the product is perfect, but they sent me a personal email before the product arrived, letting me know I have a DIRECT connection with them should the need arise.
