Let me first say that the case is high quality, hasn't been scratched, worn or faded and seems to protect my Surface RT very well. in a slot/stand is useless. This makes the surface sit straight so you can't see the screen. It also requires a bit more room around the edges of the case, as mentioned by a previous reviewer. It's really hard/impossible to do it. Another pain is the keyboard, which I don't use 75% of the time. In this case you can't just fold the keyboard, you have to detach it and risk leaving/losing/damaging the keyboard. This is probably the problem in most/all cases, but just thought I'd mention it.
