I LOVE this addition to my phone. BENEFITS: I don't have to hold my phone to read texts, keep schedules, get directions while driving, or find out who's calling. It tracks my sleep, my steps, controls my music, and lets me keep my phone in my pocket. I love the smart alarm that wakes me up to a time slot that I'm already pushing. I sleep better and wake up easier since using the alarm on my watch (which only vibrates). The screen will light up and you can download different watch faces. I actually LOVE that this is NOT a touchscreen as I won't accidentally do anything just by stepping on the watch. BEST: This is a beautiful watch! I got so many compliments on it. CONS: If you are looking for a watch that you can take calls on, then this smartwatch is not for you. Think of this watch as an extension of your phone. no separate device. In that sense, it works more like a "remote control" than a smartwatch.
