Works well despite noise and difficult battery installation. It's pretty easy to clean. It doesn't hurt very much. You just feel a tiny flicker in certain areas from time to time. I don't grab the skin like the bigger ones if you make sure the skin is taut. The hair comes off quickly, although some areas require circling before pulling it out, creating a temporary red mark that disappears when you're done. Leaves the surface smooth with no stubble. The only downside is that it's plastic so I hope I never drop it.
