Review on Neutrogena Revitalizing Tinted Lip Balm in Petal Glow - Moisturizing SPF 20 Sunscreen, Soothing Sheer Balm (40.15 oz) by Elizabeth Carey

It wasn't the worst tinted balm or lip balm I've ever used, but it wasn't the best either. First, it is non-moisturizing and not worn for very long; You have to reapply quite often. Second, it has a very subtle silvery metallic sheen. You see more shimmer than tinted colors. Third, the shimmer doesn't look good on chapped lips, and since it doesn't actually moisturize, it just masks dryness. Colors with no shimmer would be nice, but I don't like how it looks on dry lips. If it looks bad on dry lips I see no reason to use them. Burt's Bees tinted lip balm is way better. Apply Petal Glow 40 to lips. Side by side: Healthy Blush on the left and Petal Glow on the right
