If I had received the size I ordered I would have had a better chance of being satisfied!
I ordered a size 13 three times and received and returned a size 12 three times! Size 12 shoes were too small and I won't order size 13 again because I don't think I'll have better luck on the fourth try.

- Pretty soft shoes.
Cons
- This is probably the worst pair of shoes I've ever bought.
