The product is of good quality, there is only one minor defect.

I was really picky about my headphones' sound quality. Expectations were met by these earbuds. And how nice that there are no longer any wires, as there used to be! It's fantastic to be able to answer a call without being drawn away from your job by simply pushing a button. Although soundproofing is improved, outside noise can still be heard. Yet, I wouldn't want the perfect one because you need to be aware of your surroundings. Yet, this soundproofing is sufficient to allow you to use a garden shredder for extended periods of time without becoming fatigued.

Pros

Design that is incredibly comfortable: the battery sits on the collarbone and doesn't press firmly against the ear. There is no removal of the neck. The entire device stays in place even if the earpiece is removed from the ear. When taking calls, the audibility is excellent. The battery has a 3–4 day life span.

Cons

A little over three months of use caused the left earpiece to malfunction. It appeared to have been drastically reduced in volume. Now it functions more like a stub to hear the right and is only necessary in extremely noisy environments. I'll keep using it because I nearly never need more than one earbud to hear what's going on around me. There simply isn't any other option at this point.
