As the name suggests, I couldn't get an outer (soft) case for my phone. I was very happy about this case. The inner case was fine - tough, durable. It just turned out that the soft cover didn't fit in the hard case (didn't cut it properly). I tried putting it on several times - for a week until I just gave up. Maybe it's me. I do not know. I wasn't able to properly fit it to the rigid inner case. And I ripped the soft outer shell in a few places to stretch it to fit properly. Maybe I got a defective item.
