The stand itself looks as described - there isn't much support where the bars screw into the vertical mount so there is a bit of sag. unusable for the place of installation (plasterboard with insulation on the back). When I installed it, it didn't stick very well, which is unsurprising given the thinness of the drywall. I decided to give it a try anyway and my husband ripped it out of the wall the next day while removing the towel. I didn't have time to go out so I ordered the lever bolts from Revain - they got me back. Anyway, I re-bolted the post and it is now fully secured. Doesn't change the fact that the grate slopes slightly downwards, but the towels don't slide off or anything. just annoying. Overall not a bad product. I would say that even if you have a log wall, the anchors provided are probably not good enough to withstand the force of pulling the towel off the hanger - I recommend buying larger anchors.
