Review on Elgin Headphones Cancelling Waterproof Protection by Scott Morris

Since my first review was deleted, let's try again. After posting the second review, I confess that I was pissed when I wrote it. I own a sandblasting business and ruined my Ruckus headphones. When they died I chalked it up to something I did (sweat, sand who knows) but I wear them around my neck every day and now I feel naked without them, I said I was spoiled didn't I ? Well when Rumble came out I was too lucky to get a set and take them to town. Well, anything can happen, and what we hope doesn't always work out in the end. The rumble set worked and then stopped. Revain customer service did what they were supposed to and tried to resolve the exchange issue. But to no avail, then Elgin intervened. All I can say is that the customer service is just outstanding. I will be a lifetime customer because they handled my situation so well. I would highly recommend these headphones or absolutely any other product offered by Elgin. will you have problems like me I am not sure. But one thing I am absolutely certain about is that Elgin stands behind their products and goes above and beyond with their customer service and support. They made me feel like family and I know they will treat everyone else the same way.
