None of these work best in novelty and gag toys

We have a box of 15. They look like they should but the rubber bands seem old or something. None of them fly! None of them wrapped well and the rubber bands were like pudding and broke very easily. I've used them for haunted house props and they didn't even spin well. If the rubber bands didn't break, they stuck together and didn't unravel. So disappointed with the order! Thought I might leave them for greeting cards but once you set them up they don't even move.
