The hat is cute as shown in picture. I consider my head to be fairly large. I found the hat to be little loose. There is a string given with it so that you can attach it if you think it will fly off. I didn't know how to fit it so I left it. There is no instructions given for it. It might be easy for you guys or you might think this is not a problem but thought I should inform you guys. Saying that, this is a wonderful sun hat for beach or to wear it with a dress or even shorts. It looks beautiful and covers your face from the sun.
