I really like the design. It seems to keep the coffee fresher than anything else I've used. The problem is the size of the product. I bought the smaller canister thinking the 32oz should be enough room for my 12oz coffee bags and that way I can fit more cans in my closet. I really don't like buying more coffee at once; we're not getting through fast enough. The problem is that 32 ounces of liquid is the volume of 10 ounces of whole bean coffee. You might be able to fit an entire bag of ground coffee, but I don't see the point in spending that kind of money on an oxygen scavenger tank unless you're grounding it right before brewing. For me I have to brew a large pot right after opening the package for everything else to fit in this canister and even then the clear outer lid doesn't fit. I'll probably buy a few more at the store. larger as they are not much more expensive. But 48 oz and 64 oz as two sizes would make a lot more sense.
