The screw that attaches the Yeti to the mount is too narrow - no thread at all. I thought they would fix it or find a solution - when I told support it "should work" and sent a picture. I made a video. Two emails later they finally responded with an impersonal email and gave me the option to send it back but what I keep telling them is I really need a way to protect the mic or where I put the can find right type of screw (it's not US ). or Metrika - I've already visited TWO hardware stores). I sent 5 more emails asking for a reply and they didn't reply. Super lame. It's rare to find such bad customer service. Get a different microphone and mount if you don't want to risk these issues. UPDATE: Responded and said they would contact me. and then 2 more calls and 3 letters then nothing. and now, get this, DO NOT send the shock absorber back! (it's been so long since the Amazon returns window closed). Beyond terrible customer service. you have been warned
