Like most Nike shoes, these run a little small. I wear a size 8 on other brands of sneakers, but on these I had to go down to a size 8.5. Apart from that, they are very comfortable. I knew the sole (air part) would be thick, but it's even thicker than I thought. It's a little bulkier than I would like. It also adds a lot of height which is good for me being short but something to keep in mind. I keep them because they are really comfortable but I hope to enjoy this style even more because they look very voluminous and make my legs look big. Otherwise they are of good quality but a bit overpriced. Aside from the style being a bit chunky for my liking, yes I would still recommend them for the comfort and quality.
