Microphone not detected

I tried connecting this Hands-free directly and connect to 2 different Windows computers via Bluetooth to use them for Zoom and Microsoft Teams calls. The speaker is recognized but not the microphone of the device. The built-in microphones in laptops are pretty poor, and the inability to use this device's microphone means it won't work for its intended purpose. I will come back if Lenovo can't fix the problem.
