I ordered the largest size "P4", but it doesn't fit me well. It may be small for a tall person, but it is comfortable. I haven't tried the other versions but they did a good job on this one, the straps are breathable and have padding right where you need it. I feel like it helps with posture and the effects may linger a bit after use. I've found that it gets a little uncomfortable if I wear it for too long. The waist belt seems to be a necessary feature that many other posture correctors don't have, it doesn't seem to work as well without it.
