I used to get electronic muscle stimulation only when I was seeing my chiropractor for severe chronic neck and shoulder pain. While chiropractic adjustments help correct my posture and reduce pain over time, electronic pulsed stimulation always provides immediate pain relief. Chiropractic office visits really add up. When I heard that such a machine for home use existed, I immediately started looking. I chose this product because it costs about 20% less than comparable products. After almost 2 weeks of use, I am impressed with how well this device has relieved my neck and shoulder muscle pain. I put gel pads on different muscles and it is very effective. I recently went skiing and used this device to improve circulation in my lower legs and prevent cramps. This machine works well and is competitively priced. The text on the display could be made larger for readability, and the instructions could be written in a separate section. Minor details not clearly marked in the instructions, when connecting the cables, if you look at the picture, the power supply goes to the left side and the white gel pad cores to the right side of the machine. UPDATE: I contacted them with a customer service question and they responded quickly and exceeded my expectations. A 5th star is for good customer service.
