I suffer from tendonitis, numbness in wrist/hand and back and neck tension. I needed a solution without buying the whole table. I stumbled across this keyboard stand and I'm thrilled. It elevates the keyboard a few inches in its resting position and rises high enough for me to comfortably stand over the desk at its highest point (I'm 6ft 2). May not work if you are much taller. I was hesitant because of the price but it's worth it. Looks very solid, adjustment is very smooth and saves me a few hundred bucks from not having to lift the whole table.
