I like that they offer such a wide variety of plans, with different amount of resources available. The customer support is also great! I think it would be nice if there was an option for more than one email address per account. That way, I can have two different email addresses for my personal use as well as work related emails. It's easy to set up and configure, and the price is very reasonable. I'm using it for both personal and business purposes. I've been able to get everything I need hosted at a relatively low cost.
