I'm 5'6" 170 lbs, medium fits great. ok, but you risk finding the perfect size on the internet. Those rounded shoulders (the seam is only on the front and back of the shoulder, not the top) help. + Goes great with a t-shirt. At this point you can close the zipper (doesn't look nice). but they tend to get "pilly" after a few washes. This marmot fleece doesn't get that way because it's knitted very finely. Pros/Cons: It's very light. It is designed for multi-shift use. its own, apart from offering some warmth in the house Cons: Price: hard to ask at full speed. Marmot definitely has quality, but you pay for it.
