Review on πŸŽ’ Solo Thrive Laptop Backpack in Sleek Black - All-in-One Protection and Style by Shaneequah Craig

Zipper loosened after 2 years of use

This solo backpack entered service on the 27th June 2015 to replace the Ogio Jack Pack which has been my faithful companion for the past 13 years. It is no longer used two years later because the thread holding the zipper in the main compartment came out, causing the zipper to not close and could no longer work easily. While I can't say I liked the backpack, I am disappointed to have to replace it after two years. Pros: (1) AWESOME. My current laptop is a Dell 7710 (17 inch) mobile workstation and the backpack has room for it and a huge power supply. (2) Empty slightly. (3) convenient to carry. Disadvantages: (1) Not enough compartments, especially for small items. The aforementioned jack pack had compartments within compartments. Everything had its place. On this solo backpack, the large front pocket takes up a lot of space, but when you travel, those things get mixed up. This is a minor complaint. (2) ) Bad design, at least for the device I used.

Pros
  • Same as everything
Cons
  • Useless features
