I like that there are so many different options available for payment gateways, as well as other types of functionality (like shipping). There's also some great customer support if you reach out in time. The platform does not work very well sometimes; it can be difficult to figure out what might have caused problems. It would help greatly if the team were able to give more information about how things will get fixed rather than just taking over someone else's thread asking for assistance when they aren't around anymore.
