The best thing about token soft was their support team who helped us solve our problems when we had issues with tokens or smart contracts in general (they even offered help of free consulting). Also they are very fast responding which I really appreciate as this business requires speed! We decided not to use them anymore because there were no updates coming from time-to-time so you can't know if it's working properly until some users have complaints/issues that need solving by your development teams. Consider using these guys only after trying out other alternatives first - nothing specific but just try different software solutions available right now before making any decisions regarding hiring an agency like theirs. It solved all my worries related to creating ERC20 compliant dApps without having much experience.
