I love this product! That's exactly what I need. It rolls easily on carpets and hard floors. The finish is beautiful. Drawer and drawer work smoothly. I gave more than 5 stars because when put together it's really really good! However, assembly presents a challenge. I read a previous review about this and encountered the same issues. However, I have collected so many pieces of furniture that I knew I could handle it. I am a 74 year old woman with arthritis in my hands and spine and was able to do it on my own. Problems: 1. Some parts are very similar. The differences are difficult to spot at first glance. Although the instructions have pictures of each product, they are too small and the print is blurry in some places. You have to struggle to find that specific thing that tells you what part it is and if it's left or right. I took out each piece and lined them up against the wall. There were no stickers on it to tell if it was part A, B, C etc. So as I identified each part, I attached a sticky note with the letter of the item. (Thanks to the previous customer who warned me about this!) 2. The illustrations in the manual are too small and it is difficult to see the details. Also, some of the directional markings in the drawings are not very clear and clumsy. If you've done this before, you can easily find out. The screws come in fairly easily, although I always find it difficult to do that much with an allen wrench. It's small and you have to swing it into the hole for it to bite. Other screws easily fit Phillips head.3. I'm a patient person and willing to tinker to balance things out to bring all the original parts together. If you're not patient, ask a second person to hold the pieces close together while you use the tools. This should take about an hour to build. Took me about 2 ½ hours. I walked slowly to make sure I didn't make any mistakes. I'm glad I bought it. It's a nice little piece, very durable, very attractive and my printer will love having it as his new home! I love the finish! It's easy to wash! Please excuse the mess in the background of my photos. These are all packaging materials. Which, by the way, were packaged very well!
