I was so excited when my twins were born. I was looking forward to cute clothes, matching pajama sets with kittens, puppies, unicorns and rainbows (you get the idea). Instead, I've come across kids who hate almost all girly stuff and refuse to wear regular pajama sets. Instead, at night we have a hodgepodge of different pajama pieces, usually consisting of a white cotton V-neck t-shirt, Star Wars shorts, etc. During the summer, these tank tops became my kids' favorite summer sleep shirts. to mix and match with other crazy shorts we can find. These tank tops are preferred by kids because they're not too girly (although they have a cute little bow that makes them really cute) but not so obnoxious that my kids refuse to wear them. Plus, these t-shirts are super soft and made from 100% cotton. The main argument from a 7-year-old's perspective is that he doesn't have an itchy, scratchy tag. $14 seems like more than I would be willing to pay for four tank tops small enough to use as a duster, but the fact that these tanks take the headache out of what to wear to bed, makes up for my victory.
