All systems were placed in a box and then wrapped in paper not bubble wrap

The systems were thrown in a box and wrapped in paper, not bubble wrap. The systems arrived dirty, they had dust and dirt on the case and front covers and inside the systems. Not much attention was paid to packaging the systems or going through the systems to clean the equipment. The systems arrived in working order, however minimal work was done to prepare the systems for shipment. my 5 year old was better at preparing and packaging systems than these guys.
