The combination of a roomy main compartment and roomy front pocket makes this bag handy for stowing a full-size projector and put down to be transported to another place. The only caveat I would add is that the padding isn't very thick. I added a large lens sheet to the part of my bag that fits the back of the projector to give the projector a little more protection when I take the bag off my shoulder and put it on a table.
