First things first I want to say when you order them there are 2 cables in the bag. I thought the price was for 1 cable and I bought 2. Now I have an extra set that I will use in the future so no harm but the description should say if you order 1 you get 2 cables. Now for the sound. I used Audioquest Level 4 before I bought them. I've experienced improved bass response and mids since adding SKW speaker wire to my system. The cables are supplied with attached banana plugs and 8 gold plated spade terminals in a separate pouch. Banana and spade connectors are threaded and screw onto the ends of the cables. I feel like they are built like tanks and should last forever. The cables themselves are thick and heavy and feel well protected. Everything about these cables screams quality, and if you're looking for speaker cable that will deliver and last, then buying an SKW is worth your investment.
