I like the look of the product. I love how soft and fluffy it is on the inside. The zippers seem to be working well so far. My Surface Book fits in perfectly, but there's not much you can fit in the side pocket, especially with a laptop in your bag. It's tight and everything inside bulges and presses against the laptop, making it difficult to slip the laptop into a bag and close it. This was disappointing as I was hoping to put a charger in there. The strap is ok but the clips to attach to the bag are very odd and difficult to open and close when trying to attach the strap to the bag.
