I was having trouble exiting 4WD during hard acceleration/wheel spin and could hear a knock/clap/clatter from the front passenger side. Installing this part took less than an hour and fixed the problem. I would use your old actuator and keep the other one as a spare. The photo shows the wear on the old fork which caused me problems.
