I was able to screw in most of the parts almost completely by hand (when it was difficult, the angle was wrong), except for the tip. The holes didn't seem to line up exactly with the base so I screwed 3 in at an angle with a hand tool but as others have said it's basically chipboard so I recommend if you can just make new holes where you can want these. She. The little feet that people have been talking about are small and can be adjusted to accommodate uneven surfaces, but don't add to the structural stability I could tell.
