I prefer these to the rubber tips that are also available. They are super smooth and accurate. However, like every other mesh tip on the half-dozen other brands of stylus I've used, its performance slowly degrades over time. Keeping the screen free of grease, body oils and fingerprints will greatly extend the life of these and other accessories. The mesh tips inevitably get dirty with oily dirt on the screen, affecting its conductivity. Keeping your strainer clean and free of oily residue will allow this mesh tip to perform perfectly for at least a month, and often longer, with consistent use. I use pre-moistened, disposable eyeglass wipes frequently to clean phone and tablet screens, and I can use one of these tips for six weeks to a couple of months without a significant drop in performance. This is how they steal. I have bought more and will continue to buy these.
