Gorilla sleeve if your size fits your chest and stomach.
I sized per recommendations to fit my chest and waist and it sort of fitted - but then the sleeves ended up hanging down to my fingertips! It was terrible. (I'm 5ft 4cm, I'm about 153cm tall, I took XL judging by the reviews). I guess I should have tried the Large but I think it would be too tight at the bust and waist considering how the rest of XL fits.
