It's a good size, like an old lunch box. Fits quite a bit, including my Kindle. Darker than expected but still beautiful. It's more of an autumn/winter look. The zipped compartments on the front and back are more decorative than useful - you can slip a couple of credit cards in, for example, and that's it. But inside there are spacious pockets, including two with zippers. The bag has two separate sides, each with its own zipper. I wish it had zippers that meet in the middle so you can open from either side. This is not a light bag.
