If you have a grinding mouthguard that you wear on your upper and/or lower teeth then this 2-pack of mouthguards is perfect. This one is thinner than many over-the-counter mouthguards or denture storage boxes I've tried in the past. I use one of the night covers and one for the sports mouthguard which is probably larger than a prosthesis and fits easily. I particularly like that the case has air holes so that the protective covers are not damaged when stowed away. These mouthguards appear to be durable and made from quality materials but if something breaks they advertise that this product has a lifetime guarantee so I don't think you can go wrong
